Raindrops Teardrops

As I lay in bed,
I hear the sky’s pouring rain,
So heavily...
Releasing buckets of emotions,
I stand still & listen carefully,
Slowly, slowly I connect to the nature of rain,
It’s as if I am the rain,
I begin to follow its example,
I allow all hidden emotions deep inside to come thrashing through,
Thunder...Lightening...
All expressing specific feelings,
A grand downpour of emotions,
Raindrops transforming into teardrops,
Accentuating the body’ s need for release...
Letting go,
A natural process,
An important process,
In order to provide new life,
Nurturing...rejuvenating with its nutrients all plant life,
Nurturing my soul’s sensitivity,
Acknowledging its needs...
Wants,
Ceasing all past effects...
Wounds,
This way rebirth can take place,
Love can once again enter into the cells of my being.
The earth can take on new life,
Starting a new,
Fully refreshed in the moment.
Moving from one state of being to the next...
Rainshower.

Making Love

Making love does not necessarily need to involve another human being.
Merely be present in every action you take,
Be there…smell, taste, see,
Observe each movement,
Then…it will be as if making love.
Every movement as if floating in a cloud of ecstasy.
Upon eating your food stand still,
Truly taste every ingredient...spice…aroma…
In this tiny spoonful,
Enjoy the gifts of its nutrients,
Then...it’s as if making love to your food.
When viewing a sunset,
Immerse yourself in the colors,
Follow the sun as if you were the sun,
Follow its movement,
Drifting lower and lower,
Relaxing deeper & deeper,
Until you become one with the ocean…
Then…it will be as if making love.
Lie upon the earth’s crevices,
Feel each grain against every part of your body,
Lay your hands out & touch the land,
Caress the surface beneath you,
Be one with mother earth,
Then…it will be as if making love.
If dance sparkles your being,
As you dance, focus on each movement,
Be each movement,
Permit your body to journey you,
Let go & be free,
No thought on your next move,
Simply…surrendering.
Then…it will be as if making love.
In the same way if you are touched by playing an instrument or singing a song,
Lose yourself within it,
Be the instruments as if there is no separation,
Part of your body.
The song an extension of your voice.
Then...it will be as if making love.
Every sport, every action & movement if we truly allow ourselves to be taken
Then..it will be as if making love.
Therefore be present,
In each movement,
Allow its fluidity to guide,
Becoming one with everything around you.
Then…it will be as if making love.

Movement...

Everything is movement,
Life is ever changing,
Cycles, seasons, constant evolvement,
Adapting, mutating, developing, our survival skills are constant advancement.
We all are growing expanding,
Growing older, dying, rebooting re-entering, re-growing, re-dying.
It is limitless,
We take in what we need, want & use it to create love,
Create life.
Enlisting the necessities,
Shedding the obscurities,
Its all a lesson,
A game we learn to stir in the direction of our choice,
It can be one of hardship,
One of easiness,
But always of transition if so we choose & flow with what we are given,
Just pulsate with the heart of the planet,
Feel its rhythm & be one with it,
Uniting,
Being still & listening,
The heart will never stop beating,
& so wont you,
So just relax into it,
Fell into it & a graceful journey will reveal itself to you.
