Rooting

Grounding, rooting is of the up most importance for me.
I settle my hands upon the grass, the earth…the aina,
Allowing nature to softly settle into every nerve, fiber of my being.
I gently caress the leaves, the earth so that I may become one with her.
Its as if making love to mother earth.
I lie there enveloped by my surroundings…my feelings,
The sun against my face,
The surrounding natural sounds & smells grow to be so much more alive.
There is nothing else.
I am here…one…with mother earth.
Pure crystlaline peace at the core of my being.
Experiencing the natural healing energy of the earth.
