The special deer from the other day…was honored to see him on two separate hikes…I named him Θεύδιος (Thevdios). Special fella
 I truly come alive at night. Everything is so much more beautiful…the trees, nature …all of life…I love the night. I went on one of my spontaneous walks….found the perfect spot to dance…ahhhhhh….among the trees and the slight breeze, the stars…I haven’t done that in a while my body feels sooooo good. After I sat by the water watching its beautiful miniature waves. There was this most glorious slight wind…the sky was gorgeous as the water. Just me, the water, wind, sky and music. Just when I thought it can’t get any better I danced there too…mmmmmmm…the feeling…dancing near the water with the wind brushing up against my body…it was heaven. And when I had to walk up that huge hill to get back this time I danced all the way up and as its normally tedious I actually had so much fun…I had a blast.
I enjoyed every minute, every step, every movement…every breath. I love life….I love being me and enjoying every moment of the day…all the little details…  Με το νερό ανοίγει η ψυχή μου…
Το σώμα μου, Αναπνεέι… Επιπλέει… Μαζί με το νερό. Η ψυχή μου, το σώμα μου παραδίνεται στην ζωή… Παρατηρώ, πως παραδίνεται στην επιπλέουσα ύπαρξή της… Την ευκολία της… Πως κινείται με τα ρεύματα… Και χαλαρώνω… Παρατηρώ τα παιδιά΄που παίζουν ανάμεσά της χωρίς έννοιες, Τσαλαβουτώντας, Αγκαλιάζοντας τις χαρές της ζωης, Ενσωματώνοντας τες στην ζωή τους. Παρατηρώ… Την συνεχή κίνησή της, Που αλλάζει συνεχώς… Παρ’ όλα αυτά παραδίνεται, Γεμάτη ομορφιά… Με το νερό ανοίγει η ψυχή μου… With water my soul and body awakens, It breathes, Floats…drifts With the water, My soul and body surrenders to life, I notice its floaty surrendering existence… Its ease… Moving with the tides… & I relax. I observe the children playing among it carelessly, Splashing away, Embracing life’s joys, Incorporating it in their life. I observe… Its constant movement, Always changing, Yet in surrender, Full of beauty, With water my soul and body awakens… |
