I saw the deer tonight I had met back in October…again at night…we were both after the apples on the trees back then…tonight she was laying down on the grass under the trees..I named her Theano (Θεανώ)
 Some weeks ago I got to experience this amazing sight. As we stopped for me to take a photo of the sunset. These two bald eagles began hunting a duck. They grabbed it a few times and dropped it. It was so beautiful to watch their technique and movements. In the end the one managed to fly away with it. How freeing and beautiful it is when you accept the truth and confront. How simple it is when we just accept allow our bodies to feel what they feel instead of trying not to feel it, avoiding the truth of how you feel…it gets worse and worse…building up…you see you are not allowing your body to speak…to feel its truth because your mind thinks it should be otherwise…it gets worse and worse…until…you finally accept ..until instead…you be them…be you…and then POUF! it’s done. It switches just like that your body feels free…restored…no longer blocked…stagnated. It no longer matters…it goes away.
All you have to do is accept the truth and confront it, and the other. Aaaaahhhhhh what a beautiful thing truly….to accept the truth whatever it may be and confront it head on whatever it is…it no longer is a matter of right or wrong. It’s actually so easy yet we make it so difficult. LISTEN to YOUR BODY…IT KNOWS…accepting your feelings …your truth no matter what it is at that moment…then it can come and go…just as fast. That is honest communication with yourself and others. It’s about acknowledging your body…loving it saying, “Hey! It’s okay, you feel this way,” rather than making it wrong for feeling this way…same with the other person…it’s not a matter or right or wrong…you wrong the other right or you right and the other wrong…be honest with your body…acknowledge it…so that you may speak share your truth with others. And remember it’s not THE truth…it’s YOUR truth…nobody else’s. Once you confront your feelings you are able to confront the other/others involved…yet, it doesn’t even really matter, their reaction, their response is completely irrelevant. It is really about confronting yourself confronting your feelings and emotions…your truth…it no longer feels negative…heavy…when you do…when you accept..it’s the denial of them…that makes it “negative”…heavy…the judgment of something natural in every human being… There comes the mind with its morality…telling you “no, you shouldn’t be feeling this or that”… “this is good this is bad”…neglecting your body the true source of your awareness…of your truth…then the mind blames the other for how it is feeling …when it’s not the other it’s your own mind trying to control because it doesn’t want to feel it…already with a preconceived idea of what is correct or incorrect instead of asking what is correct or incorrect to feel at this moment in time…so then you magnify the feeling or emotion more and more directing its course outwards…when its inwards it comes from inwards perhaps as a result of outwards yet it is now inwards …the other is irrelevant…its YOUR truth confront your truth …confront yourself head on! BE IT! stop making up stories in your head about how you should feel, there is no right or wrong way to feel…only what is the correct feeling for you at that moment in time…which could be anything…FEEL IT…don’t THINK IT…BE IT…BE YOUR BODY…BE YOU… And remember your truth is not the other’s truth…it’s not about having the same truth…it’s about accepting the other’s truth or not…whether its correct for you or not… not that one or the other isn’t…they are just different…to attempt to make it the same is but using your mind…allow each other’s truth to communicate with each other…to celebrate its sincerity…without making one or the other better or right…See, it will never be completely the other person’s truth too…some pieces yes….they can be, but never fully…you see you are different…unique…that is why communication is required…because otherwise no one can ever know what the other’s truth is…there is no other way…embrace the gift of communication when its correct for you…communicate your truth and allow the other to communicate there’s…and then you can truly discover what or who is correct for you…you can discover one another…but more importantly…you can discover yourself…your own unique truth…  Those of you who know me know that every year I make a facebook event for my birthday wish. The first one I ever made was for you to plant as tree. That has been my favorite thus far that speaks to my heart. This year I felt to do that again but add something to it. You all know my deep love for trees… This time for my birthday wish I have something different….  Truly, what compares to being outdoors in nature during the nighttime? with no lights other than the stars…the soothing darkness..the gentle fresh breeze blowing against your skin…it is so much more alive during the nighttime…it feels sooo good and comfortable…

When you just step out the door and you are surrounded by beauty in every corner if you just observe When nature merges with hhmmm…what would you call it human man-made things…the first thing I observed was how beautiful this blue plate merged with the leaves, beads, and ice to create such a lovely design. Then all these leaves that have gently landed on the table along with the droplets….each expressing a different unique tale of beauty.       So what happened after receiving the call from nature and life? (look at previous post. I am walking down the road to go to the sea and I see three gorgeous beige deer. Not white, not brown but beige they were so unique looking and beautiful. Of course my spleen before leaving house ”take your camera with you!! take it take it!“ Mind: “leave your camera it might rain blabla.” Upon seeing the deer I walk back to the house and grab my camera. Along the sea I meet this lovely beautiful woman with white long hair and beautiful eyes gathering wood I had a little chat with her and she invited me to join them for the fire. The tide was in very in so I took off my shoes so I could go through the water in order to be able to walk any further. It was so delightfully refreshing. I wasn’t able to go far I had so much fun climbing over the branches and feeling the water on my feet. I had splashes up to my thigh. My butt stayed dry though yay! I couldn’t go any further unless I wanted to swim…my camera said no. So I walked back in the other direction I had a beautiful journey walking with the sun facing me its light on my body at all times. Along the way there were many jellyfish they are so beautiful…truly. Don’t they make you want to just jump on them? They are so jelly squishy! I discovered something then. When I went back to the house for the camera. Spleen otherwise known as intuition: “take your sd card it’s not in camera” Mind: “nah why wouldn’t it be in camera?” well guess what it wasn’t! So you get a photo of the jellyfish from another time. There are so many of them I really enjoyed looking at the details of their bodies the different shapes and sizes beautiful. At the end of the beach I enjoyed climbing the rocks and sitting at the edge admiring the view all around. As I was leaving the beach I looked up and Evdoksos the bald eagle was flying around in the sky. I proceeded to walk up the road, the hill and a big gust of wind came that caused some wind chimes from a home to nurture my ears with its beautiful melody, then a person went by on this little road on this funky light green bicycle that looked like it was from back in the days…as I proceeded walking up once in a while big gusts of winds would come briefly then it would decrease to its normal rhythm. And! A few steps in front of me was this tree with yellow leaves…the wind causes the leaves to begin to fly around falling onto the road..it was beautiful…numerous leaves like a rainshower or snowflakes…of course I went and stood in that spot enjoying the leaves falling on me and all around me…and playing among them…the sight almost makes your body feel like the leaves…like you are floating in the air with them… Along the way there were a few trees that some of their leaves would flutter around…such a beautiful sight noticing the dance they make in the air each making its unique movement flight in the air…the whole experience journey was like a scene in a most beautiful movie…Evdoksos was in sight the whole time until I reached home. And OMG those deer!!! Thank you birds, nature, and life for giving the call and taking me out of my usual 10.2 hermiting isolative behavior…that was most definitely the right call. I love life… -The Fairy Chronicles    So I am sitting on my bed working on my projects and for half an hour hearing this whole commotion birds flying everywhere outside. Outside the balcony window up and down non stop. I sat being in my busyness. Finally I go outside. Its a bird conference!! birds everywhere, I mean everywhere. maybe they are getting affected by the transits too busy busy busy!!!! Actually from that I am now dropping everything my busyness and going to go for a walk at the sea and just be. Thank you birds.
