Sometimes we rush to be okay to be healed. It’s not an avoidance as there are two parts of us. One part knows it’s okay, our inner knowing and spirit, it sees the beauty of life the incredible beauty of life and gifts in every moment. It’s joyful and happy and alive. Then the other part is there wounded as well wishing to speak, to express, to be.
You see it does not work when we, our body speaks wishes to express, release and we do not do so, when we don’t give it that opportunity. Instead using the mind to counteract what is going on. We have to listen to both with equality, to all that it is whispering. Whatever it is at that moment…you cannot plan or control it you can only be it.
Then is when it all changes and true healing can take place. Your heart can now mend. The process feels different then…incredibly painful as if your being has shattered into a million pieces…broken. Yet, at the same time your body is saying, “Yes, thank you!.” Thank you for acknowledging me and my presence.”
You cannot try and heal, speed it up, control it, put all the pieces together at will, you see…that happens on its own. You have to be it, allow it, become. There is nothing you can do other than just be everything that you are, love your body enough to allow it to be, and happen on its own. To feel, trust all that it feels and is, no matter what your mind might think or say is correct or not, okay to feel or not.
Love it…love you…allow all of you. That’s what you are doing when you allow it to be, and feel whatever it is at that moment. It’s different then…broken yet filled with endless love and gratitude for your body and all that you are, nurturing and loving oneself to its fullest capacity. It actually feels quite wonderful, painful yet nurturing.
If you try and stop it, rush it, push it, block it, then it transforms into something horrible, stagnation. Let it live then die on its own. Healing will begin and the pieces slowly will come back together. You don’t have to do anything. Simply surrender to all that is, be who you are, listen to your body, denying it nothing. Letting its wisdom its knowing grow. The healing happens on its own, in its own way and time, there are no rules. It can happen in any way.
Do not try to heal your heartbreak, do not break your own heart, by not letting your heart to feel what it needs in order to heal. Be the pain…gratitude and love come pouring through, for yourself, your body, there is no judgment for your body, what you are feeling, what has happened with the other or others, it just is. Let go of .trying and controlling, selecting what hurts, what is this or that, allow it to flow naturally.
Scattering breaking the illusion so you may once again come back together as yourself as more of you, more powerful, more beautiful, more clear, more receptive to what is you, more grateful for you.
Pain, hurt, suffering, heartbreak, sadness, loss can be such a beautiful gift if you allow it to be with no judgment. Then you can experience the loss, the truth once again whether is comes from your sacral, your spleen, your ego, your emotions, or self.
You heal when you no longer do, allow that which is not correct for you, a person, a situation, a circumstance. There is nothing else to do but surrender to your inner knowing.
So maybe…maybe healing is just being…and being yourself.
