Incense, candles & oils - A MAGICAL COMBINATION!
I switch off the lights,
Close the door,
A smile covers my lips,
Excitement in my heart,
Knowing soon I will enter my blissful state,
My inner state of pleasure & relaxation.
First are the candles.
I light them slowly as if a ceremony is taking place,
Thanking & appreciating life.
My room now beaming in spiritual might.
Another sense can now be added.
I carefully select the essence I crave for
Hhhhhmmmm…
What will it be?
Lavender?
Rose?
Plumeria?
Hibiscus?
Vanilla?
Cinammon?
Jasmine?
Or maybe Clove?
I take a deep breath,
And enjoy the aroma arousing my being,
Awakening my desire,
As a gentle sigh is released,
My body now immersed in fluidity,
Travelling… drifting in rapture, Love & joy.
Now for a final touch…
…Coconut oil.
Gradually caressing, covering my body,
Sending  goose bumps all over my skin,
Head to toe,
relishing its soft  oily feeling…
As the fragrance sends me off dreaming, sensing, delighting…
I lie down now,
All my senses stimulated…satisfied,
Open,
Receptive,
For I am tasting a piece of heaven,
Music playing in the background,
In atmospheric ambience,
Aaaahhhh..
 I am now floating off  in a space of ecstasy.
Now carried away I cannot help but want to rise and dance..
allowing my body ..every movement to be an expression of my soul,
I feel free..
In a trance,
Hands, hips, feet as one,
Gliding into the rhythm.
There I remain…
Hypnotized lost in time and space…
